Counselling is a process which allows you to explore your difficulties in a confidential and non judgemental setting. Counselling is not about giving advice. The counsellor endeavours to create an environment in which you feel respected, accepted and understood. The aim is to allow you the freedom and space to express thoughts, beliefs and emotions in a way that you may be unable to with family, a partner or friends. The counsellor and you will work together to explore issues of concern. Each of us experience problems and difficulties at different times in our lives, and may become stuck in how to resolve these issues. This is where counselling can help.
Both Fiona and Anne feel that money should not be a deterrent to people who need counselling and as such have a number of low cost counselling slots available .
